• QUALIFICATIONS - PERSONAL FUNDING PROGRAM:

   File must have the following to Fund $100K-$250K
  
  1.    Requirements 3-6 Good Strong Trade lines depending on your loan amount.  3-4 Primary Trade lines: 2-Installments, 2-Revolving, & 3-$10K to $20K Authorized User Trade lines.  Pending on what Trade lines you currently have on your file we will supply you with any extra Trade lines that may be needed.
  2.       No Collections.
  3.       Credit Score 720-760.
  4.       Only 3-6 Inquires in the last 12 Months.
  5.       Cost:  Get A $160,000. Credit line or more. 0.00 interest first six months and 5.9% after.
  

•  How to get started:
  
  1.      Send us your Credit Report or your Credit Monitoring service Log-In info and we will e-mail you back a Funding Proposal & Strategy to get funded.
  2.     Depending on what Trade lines you currently have on your file, we will also send you a “Trade line Credit Building Package” to get qualified for Funding Approval.  It could be 2-Tradelines or sometimes it could be 6-Tradelines.
  3.       Once the file is clean and  has the necessary Trade lines then we can get Funding Approval in 72-Hours and your cash 1-Week later.
   

• Timeline:
• 
  1.       If the file needs Clean Slate then that’s 2-3 weeks or worse case 30 days.. 
  2.       Trade line Package to be added after the repair if necessary is 2-3 Weeks depending on the time of month.
  3.       Loan Approval within 72 hours.
  4.       If the file does not need cleaning only Trade lines then we can add the lines in 2-3 Weeks and you will be ready for Loan Approval in 72-Hours.
   Our main products are Personal and Corporate Funding.  While working on clients Clean Slate and adding the Trade lines to their file to obtain the $150K to $250K loan, their file also becomes Guarantor worthy. 
   So…at the same time we are building their personal file we can also be building their corporate file to qualify it for $500K - $10 Million in funding.  The beauty of it is that your personal file gets strong enough so it can be used it as Guarantor on your Corporate Loan. The real beauty of is that we get 2-Loans at the same time.

   RE:  Corporate Funding Guidelines for $50K-10 Million
• 
  1.       Corporation can be new or aged.
  2.       For a $500K Corp Loan you will need a Guarantor with a Strong Credit Report.
  3.       Pending on how Credit Strong your Corporation is we will immediately annunciate our “Corp Credit Build-Up” to help your corp. get approved for your $500K.  We add your own Corporate Business Credit Card Trade lines to your corporation  from Blue Chip Companies such as Staples, Best Buy, Costco, Dell & American Express the business trade lines that Loan-Underwriters like to see.  These Credit Cards will be in your Corporation’s name, but don’t use them until we get you’re your full Funding.  (You can use them a little bit, but keep your balances under 3% until funding.)
  4.       Estimate Funding Timeline is 14-28 Days, including the Corp Credit Build-Up.
  5.       Cost:  $5,500 Up/Front and 10-Points on the back-end with Funding.

  9.       Guarantor Note – A Guarantor is needed for the Corporate Funding.  If you need any help qualifying as a Guarantor then we can also do a Credit Build up on your personal file to help qualify you.  The timeline is 14-28 Days to build up both files, and we can do them at the same time!
  10.   We will also need a Copy of your Personal Credit Report or Credit Monitoring Service Log-In Info.

  Once we receive your corporate. info we will e-mail you back a detailed Loan Proposal in a couple days with the necessary steps…a path to your Corporate Funding..

• Credit Analysis Example:

•  Goal:  $100K to $200K in Personal Funding
  ·         Credit Scores:   Rule of thumb for funding minimum scores need to be a 720 but a 760 score is more preferred.
  ·         Inquiries:  Rule of thumb for funding is no more than 6-12 Inquires in last 2-Years.
  ·         Public Records: 1-Judgement, bankruptcies, tax liens, foreclosures (Need to be removed.)
  ·         Collections/Charge Offs: (Need to be removed.)
  ·         Bad Installments Showing past 30-120 late:  (Need to be removed.)
  ·         Good Paid off Installments: Need to stay on.
  ·         New Open Installments: (Rule of thumb for funding is no new open accounts in the last 12-Months, although if the amount is low enough that it won’t hurt to get approved for additional funding.

•  Strategy to Qualify for $100K-$200K in Funding

• 1.       Clean Slate: Timeline 2-3 weeks. 
  2.       Trade line Package Needed to add to the file when the Sweep is complete.  Timing: 2-3 Weeks

•  Tradeline Package Needed:

•  ·        1-$25-$29K Primary Installment Trade line with a 3% balance @ $1,875.00
  ·         1-$15K-$19K Primary Installment Trade line with a less than a 3% balance @ $1,675.00
  ·         1-$15K-$19K Primary Revolving Trade line with less than a 3% Balance @ $1,675.00
  ·         3-Authorized User Trade lines $10K-$20K Credit Limit @ $750.00 each = $2.250.00
  Total Trade line Package Cost:  $7,475.00 (this is worst case if you have some good credit it will be less)
